Your list stays exactly as you built it. Finish everything and the day settles. When you are ready for the next one, Begin Again returns every task to the day - you never retype what you already decided matters.

Swipe right to complete, left to edit or delete, hold for the rest, drag to reorder. No edit modes, no menus to hunt for.
A thought becomes a task.
Catch something in Notes and turn it into a task with one swipe. A task can also carry a link, a photo or a video, so the thing you meant to get to is right there when you get to it.
Your days, kept.
Every day is recorded as it ended up. Look back at a calendar of full days and streaks, and at what you actually got done - without a single number being sent anywhere.
It never leaves your iPhone.
A list you write for yourself should not be readable by anyone else, including me. No account, no cloud, no analytics - the app makes no network requests at all. That is why the policy below is short.
What is collected
Nothing. Flowodo does not collect, store or transmit personal data to any server. Your tasks, notes and attachments live in the app's own storage on your iPhone.
Network
The app makes no network requests of its own. There is no sync, no backup service and no remote configuration. Opening a link you saved on a task hands it to your browser - the only moment anything leaves the app.
Accounts and tracking
No sign-up, no email, no identity. No analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising identifiers.
On-device intelligence
Emoji suggestions come from Apple Intelligence running on your device. No cloud AI is involved.
Your data is yours
Export everything as Markdown or JSON, or erase all of it from inside the app. There is no copy anywhere else, so erasing is final.
Security
Data is protected by the device itself: your passcode, Face ID and iOS file encryption.
